The moment I enter the office bldg., my feeling is that I am in right place. Verily I was in the exact place. All the people I encounter are polite, kind and very helpful. Not one sad face I noticed, all are wearing a smile. To mention a few, Atty. Mamann, Sherrif and most especially Durriya. Thank you so much and more power to you.

Me and my wife have received 2 refusals on our student visa applications and those refuses were obviously motiveless. We wanted to find the truth finally and we were eager to come to Canada with study purposes, because we've received full scholarships from the university. Then the friend of mine recommended me Mamman & Sandaluk lawers company. And I haven't had even bit of regret since I've contacted them! Our work with them was so easy-going and fruitful, that I was really surprised! Our lawer was Asiya Hirji and she made everything in a very professional and timely manner. We've got the positive respond from the court on our case even before hearings. I would recommend this company for people who want a professional to be on his/her side. I bet you can trust those guys as we did.

We were referred to Mamann Sandaluk and Kingwell by a friend after my father’s sponsorship application was refused, and we were given the opportunity to appeal the refusal. There we were introduced to Joel, and he handled our case with the utmost care, proficiency and understanding. Joel guided my father, whom is 85 years old, and I through the whole process by preparing us for the hearing through practicing possible questions and answers, and answering questions to all our concerns. As well, Joel took the time to go with us beforehand to the court room in order for us to feel more confident on the day of the hearing. On the day of the hearing, Joel handled the case with such professionalism and experience, which in turn made us, as a family, feel confident. We won the appeal and are very grateful. We will be forever grateful for everything you and your staff (Natalie and Mini) have done for our family. Thanks Lusia Marques

I am blessed with a happy and a peaceful life ONLY because of Mr. Mamann and his hard and smart working team. It was THE best experience I had ever in my life. Right from my first visit to Mr. Mamann's office I had a sense of security. My believe in them soon changed into trust. As a matter of fact, I referred my near and dear ones to this haven even before getting my PR. I AM HUMBLED and feel honored to write a few words on our success. God Bless Mamann, Sandulak & Kingwell LLP, and my salute to it's team. Regards Hyder Mehdi.

My Wife and I had a great experience with this firm. She sponsored me to become a permanent resident and we decided to do it with the help of a Law firm because I was going to work on "implied status" and we wanted to be very careful. We received excellent advise from Durriya throughout the process and I would recommend this firm.

After my (Vietnamese) wife was refused her PR Visa, I contacted Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell to handle my appeal. From the day I first met Joel Sandaluk for the initial consultation, he made me feel at ease and explained to me how the entire appeal process works and what we would have to do to win the appeal. To make a long story short, we won and my wife will be receiving her Visa within a few months. After more than 2 years of waiting, my wife & daughter will finally be joining me and we can begin our lives together in Canada. My family and I will be forever grateful to Joel and his assistants Mini & Natalie. Thank you all for your professionalism and hard work in helping to prepare me for my appeal hearing. I would strongly recommend contacting "Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP" for anyone with Immigration issues.

I am writing to express my gratitude to this law firm most especially Mr Joel and Ms Duriya and all the associates for such a professional and guidance assistance in obtaining a Canadian Temporary Residence/Business Visa for my business partner after CIC refused to renew his visa. My partner has already renewed his visa two times in the last five years but he was refused in February due to honest mistake in his previous application. This law firm professionally and carefully prepared the application, and the application was submitted to CIC in in my home country office by the client. To God be the glory, the visa was issued within three weeks of submission. This application was a result of professionalism, experience, client oriented attitudes, good listening and understanding of both Mr Joel and Ms Duriya. Thank you very much, I will definitely recommend this law firm to all my friend and clients to contact this nice and transparent firm for all immigration matters. Jamiu, Etobicoke Ontario

I was referred to Durriya Bharmal by a friend to help me with my sponsorship application. On our first meeting, she gave me her advise and it looked very honest. So my wife and I decided to go forward with the application process with her help. I already got my permanent residence status and all the process went well, regarding the total cost to firm and government fees and also timing. Took me 2 years to get my application answer and no surprise extra costs. I liked that, exactly like discussed in our first meeting. I strongly recommend Durriya Bharmal and I am sure everybody else working for the firm will work the same way.

Many times I have wondered whether a professional attitude can be taken while showing at the same time care and concern towards one’s client. Can one remain “neutral”, impersonal and impartial while doing one's professional work, showing at the same time care and interest towards the person one is helping in one's professional role? I needed help very urgently a few days ago. I went to Counsel Guidy Mamann’s office. He immediately took care of me. He asked Counsel Catherine Glazer to help as well. She had arrived to his office almost before he had asked her to step in. He asked his legal administrative assistant, Ms. Shiri Mirosnikov, to help and to do things far beyond her job description in order to accelerate the process that needed to take place. They were all profoundly, profoundly professional. They were figuring out what to do in order to deal with the problem I had brought to them. They were listening to me very intently while thinking how to use their vast knowledge in order to fix the situation. But at the same time, they were profoundly caring. They made me feel they really wanted to help me, that they were interested in me and my wellbeing, and that they were able to contain me and the stress I was under and to make me feel better. That is when I understood that it is precisely when the element of care and human concern is added to professionalism – that the job is instantly done better. My problem may or may not re-surface again. But I always will remember how I felt when I came in to Counsel Mamann’s office that day, and how much better I felt when I left. I wasn’t alone. They were all dealing with the problem with me.

Daniel and his team helped us with my parents immigration case. To us he has been a savior, who turned a lost battle with CIC to a win. We went to Daniel when we had lost our refugee case and the appeal in Federal court ....it was pretty bad and filing a Humanitarian application was our only option. He put a lot of effort in the application. It was highly unfortunate that the CIC reviewer, reviewed the application again from a refugee context which was not right from a legal perspective and rejected that. I remember that conversation with him where he convinced me to appeal the verdict. I reluctantly agreed. We won the appeal and our H&C had to be resubmitted for another review. Again, Daniel helped us with the process of filing that and last week we got our stage 1 approval. He is extremely literate on the immigration process, pleasant personality and a very hard working individual. He is also very accommodating on fees and responds back to all questions and proposes solutions. I would highly recommend him.

Today I visited this firm for the second time. On my first visit, I met Peggy who specializes in Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds. She listened and noted everything that I said and gave me her truthful opinion. She thought that another colleague could help me and so she called Daniel Mandelbaum, who specializes in express entry program. He was very knowledgeable and clear. He gave me many options that weren't suggested by 2 other lawyers I've met. Today as well, he was able to solve the impossible. I thank Daniel and Peggy for all their service. I highly recommend going to Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell law firm.

We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to the whole team. It's been a long road, 8 years in fact! and finally Canadian citizenship! Their patience, professionalism, sound advice and kindness have helped us through the whole journey. Guidy Mamman and his team go the extra mile to get the job done. Who else would meet you in a US shopping mall while on vacation to get documents signed ! They are not shy of complicated situations and I think they even thrive on it. Guidy's experience in immigration matters is second to none. Everyone has been a huge help to us and we recommend Guidy Mamman and Durriyah Bharmal and her team all the time to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you !

I worked with Durriya Bharmal with an application for Canadian Permanent Residency (I'm a US Citizen) and couldn't be happier with the services she and the team at Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell provide. After my original application was denied because of working with a fraudulent lawyer, Durriya was able to quickly advise and prepared my application, ensuring all of the steps were taken. The attention to detail and thoroughness were top notch, as well as always informing me and keeping me up to date with the process. I received my Permanent Residency a few weeks ago and have Durriya to thank. Would highly recommend her and Mamann Sandaluk & Kingwell to anyone looking for immigration services.

I have no hesitation in recommending this law firm for any immigration matters. My husband and I had an excellent experience with Joel Sandaluk and Tatiana Cabrera from start to finish of our PR application. The process can be long and daunting with many ups and downs, but our legal team was there with us, fighting for our application every step of the way. Joel Sandaluk is extremely professional, knows the ins and outs of immigration law, and above all, really showed us that he cared about our application. I would recommend this law firm to anyone dealing with immigration issues whether they be simple or complex. Thank for guiding us through this process! ~ Luciella & Israel

Mamaan, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP is one of the greatest “Limited Liability Partnerships” my family and I have ever dealt with. Our situation wasn’t the best one to begin with. My husband had been treated unfairly, and we had an urgent situation. The previous lawyer wasn’t enough, and we needed someone who’d treat us better. My husband’s rights mattered. Unfortunately, the previous lawyer just wasn’t like that. In a wild chase, we came across “Mamaan, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP”. Just as we thought all hope was lost, we had found our miracle. We set up a meeting, and met each other. They learned our case, and saved us. Countless meetings later, we managed to find a great price and win the first of many cases. Daniel Kingwell and his fellow colleagues have been a huge part in our lives, and we cannot thank them enough. I truly recommend them. Appreciation and Thanks, Selma and family.

I strongly recommend Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell for all your immigration needs. I received a letter from Canada Immigration for allegation of misrepresentation. When I approached Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell they took my info and prepared a detailed response for CIC. I highly recomand her for all your immigration needs.

I was fortunate to have Lawyer Ali Esnaashari from Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP. It was a very difficult case of my friend. However, Ali worked for her case not only as a professional lawyer, but also a sympathetic person. He defended for her successfully for over two hours. Because of his persistent and logical justification, the case was resolved as we hoped for. Excellent and humanistic lawyer! Well prepared! Well Done. I can recommend Ali to anyone who needs assistant in immigration matter. Thank you! NS Song

Dedication, Responsiveness, Professionalism. These are the three words that immediately come to my mind when I think about Adam Hummel's services. I took Adam's help in applying for a Canadian visa and right from the beginning, he was very meticulous in doing research that he needed to do to make my case very strong. His step by step instructions, and his timely actions ensured that I got the visa (multiple entry) stamped on time. Whenever I had questions, he was very responsive in communications and when I needed some document on a Friday late evening (just before travel), he went out of his way to make sure that I have everything I needed for my travel. Thank you Adam !!

I've been dealing with my wife's case for 4 years now. I was dealing with another law firm and it seemed like they were just leading me on and everything was costing me money, I was very depressed. My sponsorship was denied. So I had to fight for an appeal I gave this Law firm a shot, what they quoted me is what they charged me, and they worked hard for me. My lawyer was Natalie Domazet. She was so incredible, the way she handled my case during the appeal. I was blessed to have Natalie represent me. My appeal was accepted. My family thanks this law firm and Natalie Domazet for bringing my family together. If I could add more stars I would.

My best experience with a law firm yet ! I have been lucky to have Natalie Domazet and Jullane Ebanks as my lawyers. I made bail thanks to Natalie after being held by immigration with possible deportation and Jullane got me my divorce with ease. They are very professional & meticulous with their work, from a simple divorce to a humanitarian compassionate application their work ethic has been impeccable. Their approach is very sincere & polite making things a lot easier to understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Such a great team !

Joel Sandaluk represented us our PR appeal case in IRBC and we are very impressed with the meticulous planning, preparation and utmost professionalism with which our case was handled by him before and during the hearing. I would very strongly recommend services of this firm and particularly our lawyer Joel to any one seeking help with their immigration issues. Thank you very much Joel.

Absolutely excellent service! I had a less than straightforward express entry PR application approved with them in less than 6 months, as well as a previous work permit. I highly recommend them, in particular Guidy Mammann, Durriya Bharmal, Linda Li and Sherrif Abdul-Ela!
